Hampton Social, 16th Street at I-25/Central, formerly Amato’s concrete yard ornaments factory. We were the construction management team for conversion to Breckenridge Brewery’s Ale House, with outdoor and rooftop patios. Now it has become the high style Hampton Social with fabulous views of the Platte River Valley and the new downtown.
